Few things excite me more than a new adventure. You cannot just learn from the high points of life -- the failures are often the greatest opportunities -- it is a matter of perspective.

I am on a new adventure. My life is full of creativity, song, compassion, and comedy. I find it best to be laid back, but lead by example. Letting others grow and become their best self while guiding them when they need it -- strong and protective, but comforting -- standing up for others, but assuring them that you can also stand for yourself.

The creative mind is my playground -- a world of possibilities, endless outcomes, and exciting scenarios. Give me a challenge. Whether it is to fix a car, a broken body, or whip up an amazing meal (Southern woman trained cook here) -- I always have a new trick up my sleeve.

Time has been a challenging friend. It doesn't always make the most sense, but it writes the greatest stories ever told. Being alive is the greatest gift of all and I want to feel every second of it.
