I grew up on a farm, moved to a big city then moved back to my small town 29 years later. I have a good work ethic, not afraid to get dirty - I'm into cars, trucks, motorcycles, tractors - anything with a engine, enjoy re-buiding, fixing, fabricating things - re-built an old truck from the ground up and have a blast driving it. The company I work for in TX allowed me/trusted me to try working from IA and so far so good! I work with some great people and love my job even though it can get stressful sometimes, it's a great place to work. I normally do not take things too seriously but will stand my ground if it's something I believe in. I can be a smart a** sometimes but I prefer to think about it as being quick witted.

I moved back to Iowa to help take care of my mom and had her for 7 years and it was the best thing I have done in my life. She is gone now and time for the next chapter. My family is close by so do not want to stray too far from the area so that may an issue for some as everyone has family they do not want to leave but am willing to look at options.



I would really like to find a friend that wants to be around me as much as I do her. I would enjoy having someone to visit with, go out to eat, watch a movie, hang with friends or do nothing together. I don't have to be married - I don't have to live with someone, I just want someone I can pick up the phone or go visit and enjoy life together. If you have communication, honesty, respect and trust, everything else will happen naturally.
